Kevin did a great job. The whole process of purchasing my new condo was quick and painless.
Kevin was very personal and paid attention to our wants and needs. He caught on quickly to the style of home we were looking for. It's nice to have someone do the legwork and get you through the process.
Kevin was quick to understand what we were looking for, and very proactive in his communication with us.
Kevin was very responsive and clearly had our best interests in mind as we progressed through both the search and the transaction.
Kevin brings a great balance of professionalism and fun to our working relationship, so I always look forward to interacting with him. And, he has never missed a chance to keep earning my business ... even after he has already won it.
Kevin was always willing to meet, whether to view the condo initially, or for inspections, etc. We felt like he was on our side, and that he understood our concerns. Kevin did well negotiating with the sellers.
Very quick and accurate in his work.
