Just wish the communication was better. Seemed way out of the loop and getting the bare minimum of what was expected. I wish more was explained in detail.
Communication and willingness to help with, and answer, any questions that I had throughout the process.
When Kevin realized rates were about to increase he called us immediately to make sure we got the best rate. 10/10
