There were a couple setbacks this time but all of those were mitigated and ownership taken to resolve quickly. Overall very happy with service from everyone!
Monique stayed with us on the IRS for documentation. When we initially tried we couldn't get any. The payment plan letter take up to 7-10days to arrived. She was able to get the IRS agent to send an efax.👏
