Kevin was very responsive. Even on emails I would send in the evening and wouldn't expect a response until the morning, I would get a response that evening. Process was very fast.
Everything went smooth and quickly. The videos were a bit hokey. I think the first video should be sent the moment someone applies for a mortgage. Many people have no concept of the process. You did a great job
