Kevin was very thorough and explanatory in our sessions with him. He took time to talk us through the various options, weigh their relative merits, and help us make a good decision. He was very patient with our many questions!
Ultimately we couldn't make the mortgage work, but that wasn't Kevin's fault. More frequent communication/updates during the process would have improved the experience. Still very grateful for all his hard work!
Kevin and Ellie are very responsive and quick to turnaround answers for my many questions and asks. I don't feel like I've been the easiest client, but they've been forbearing and patient with me all the same.
