Kevin displayed a professional manor through out the process (even when it got tough). He is very knowledgable and will not give up on you like the other guys. He helped me get into my house in no time!
While I believe Kevin provided excellent service, some aspects of the process were lacking. Mainly, the VA requirements should have been known ahead of processing my loan and a VA Loan package should be provided that covers all their requirements....
