Kevin stuck with us the whole way through. He had to hold our hand a lot because we knew nothing about the house by process. But he made us feel very comfortable during the transaction.
The entire team works so well together and took care of us like we were family. So professional and energetic and knowledgeable, with a sense of humor. The experience was amazing from the first look to closing.
He did his job, it was just stressful towards the end! Nothing against Kevin, it is the process that has to take place. He made an impossible situation possible.
