Kevin and his team were incredible to work with and made the process very smooth to refinance our home. This is our second time working with Kevin and if necessary I would use him a third time!
Things went great the only feedback I can give is as a sales manager I expect my team to provide update every two days even if thngs are still being investigated for support issues etc so I think for those anxious it would be good to hear back...

Weekly update on the loan process. I had to reach out to Kevin or Kyle. Never once was I notified on the process. I did receive a generic e-mail once about what would happen next.
