Friendly team, responsive to all my questions, smooth sailing on closing on the new dream home
Simple and painless.
How communicative the team was through the whole process. It was my first time being involved in buying a house and it seemed to go very smoothly.
Kevin and his entire team were willing to help with any issue/question that came up during the loan process.
Details towards the end of the process were murky at best. My interest rate was quoted at one percentage and the mysteriously was not locked in. Consequently increasing the dollar amount of payments and everything overall. Not at all satisfied...
