    There was a problem with the appraisal that AAG never had corrected. This adversely affected the loan amount. Also, the financial department requested the same information 5 separate times to two separate addresses. Very inefficient and repetitive....

    Kevin was great but had to send some data twice. AAG should have a file system where others can access data that was sent. Also, I feel the loan origination fee should have been waived or at least reduced since the original quote didn’t have...

    Kevin did what he could manage, however, the AAG support or what I would call the "back room" support to Kevin was slow to respond, which made my experience very frustrating.
