Great negotiating skills. Understands the process and makes it so much smoother , just leave it up to her. I would definitely use her again and she comes highly recommended from a first time homebuyer !

We sold our house basically in a day, above asking can't ask for more. Also bought our house and had us in a week before the sale of our current house which was very helpful.
