Kerry made the whole process very easy and made use very comfortable throughout the entire process. He answered every question we asked and even answered many questions before we asked. What a great experience.
Kerry is very knowledgable and truly cares about the people he works with. He was responsive and explained complex matters clearly and in an easy-to-understand way. I cannot imagine a better loan officer.
