Being a first time home buyer I was glad that I had Kerri walk me through the process and because of her level of experience it made me feel secure in knowing she was working on my behalf.
Kerri is extremely pleasant, highly motivated, and absolutely goes the extra mile to get you closed asap. I only wish I'd started with her instead of switching to Summit after my previous mortgage company failed to live up to expectations.
Kerri was happy to offer different financial scenarios to meet my needs as well as to give me knowledge to negotiate with the seller while staying within my budget. She was honest and trustworthy.
