Kerri always responded quickly to my questions and was willing to give insight and clarity regarding our application.
Communicating throughout the process was very helpful and appreciated.
All I can say is Kerri Kappler and Summit were better than I could have expected.
Knowing what was happening throughout the process. There were no gray areas. Kerri explained step by step what was happening and what could or could not happen during the process.
