    Absolutely horrible we emailed to confirm my wife would be added to the deed and she was not at the time of closing. To add insult to injury kerri blamed the title company and was clearly her mistake. We are all human and make mistakes . But...

    Again Kerri could have admitted she made a mistake and did not add my wife to the deed as emailed and agreed upon. Instead she blamed the title comapny
