Kent was professional, personal and friendly. If Kent were a doctor you would say he has the best bed side manner! He responded to every inquiry. There were not very many because he and his staff kept me up-to-date through out the process.

He went out of his way to communicate email and other directions, contact my financial advisor for information and send me the needed extra documentation.
