Ken is truly excellent because he honestly and carefully considers what financing is best for you. He really knows the market and presents various options. We have closed numerous deals through Ken and have been really pleased each time.
My old refi guy said it couldn't be done! But Ken gave me a super low rate and worked out all the details for the closing. He even came to my house and walked my wife through all the paperwork. 5 star service!

All of my business comes from referrals from past clients and real estate professionals whose trust I have earned with my personal service and expertise in the mortgage business. I handle every loan personally as I understand this is typically the largest investment my clients will ever make. Availability and responsiveness are key ingredients to customer satisfaction.
