While not a part of this refi, we recevied multiple emails and phone calls from other Prosperity reps throughout the refi process. I don't know why these calls would have continued and were quite irritating.
Attentativeness
kept me updated , didn't receive too many calls which i like for me, everything went smooth no complaints
All the people who helped me, especially Kenny, were all so nice and helpful. Always answered his phone and never seemed bothered. He's very patient with you and he is always gonna find the best deal for you.
The overall experience was comfortable and everything was explain clearly.
