    The loanpal website for managing documents is not dialed in and is missing some 'features' that are NECESSARY . Not sure if the mortgage management website is as bad, but the document signing website was. Kenny worked with us to find a way...

    generally someone knowledgeable was always available. moved expeditiously. knowing all requirements upfront would have improved efficiency a little
