Loanpal frequently reached out to keep me updated ob things. Submitting documents was easy and Kenny made it as simple as possible.
Just took a long time to complete the process. And I ended up talking to about 4-5 different people throughout the process. I had to keep sending more and more personal financial items to them due to the delays
