Have all the signing and paperwork ready all at once. And not have to pay out of pocket for separate Title signing. All was good till the end.
Kenny and Chris working what seemed like around the clock to get the loan accurate and quickly done. Nothing is perfect but Kenny and Chris were one step ahead every step of the way to keep the train moving!
