This escrow offered challenges and I was extremely grateful to have Scotts team working in tandem with me and getting the job done.
Good transaction
Only item was a delay in closing that cost me the seller and agent 1300 more in a prop tax penalty since we didn’t close by June 30 the penalty hit July 1 st that was a lot of money coast to me the sellee
