    Both Kenneth and another woman who helped with the mortgage underwriting spoke EXTREMELY fast and flew through information. I’d recommend coaching them to slow down their delivery of information.

    Kenny has made our refinance a very pleasant experience. He is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. He was always available and VERY responsive to our needs. I would give him an A+ in customer service!
