Kendra was very efficient, very pleasant, and answered questions and concerns in a timely manner. She was very patient with us as well! We also got a great rate! We would highly recommend her and Atlanta Bay Mortgage.

The whole mortgage process was very simple and precise. We really enjoyed the process.
Very informative and willing to give suggestions that is better for the customer rather than just go with whatever customer requests.
Very informative and willing to make suggestions that is better for the costumer. However, there were situations where the documents were sent in but might being overlooked during underwriting
