Kendra, Kim, and everyone on the Atlantic Bay team were awesome to work with. Everyone was so responsive to phone calls and emails. I was very happy and impressed.
Excellent customer service, and the team makes the mortgage/lending process as easy to navigate as possible. Always answering all out questions in a timely manner, and the speed at which closing the mortgage process is unparalleled.
It was a stressful process but Kendra was very helpful! We were asked for some of the same things several times. But overall it was a good experience!

The experience was way less painful then what I was expecting.
My closing was quite complicated, it could have just been something with the VA, but there were a lot of last-minute stuff that we could have mitigated had VA communicated better.
