First time refinancer here. I didn’t know much about loans. Ken is very professional, patient and understanding. My loan went smooth and felt like I had someone in my corner the entire time.
This was my first refinance and Neo Home explained everything very clearly. The only surprise I had in the entire process was the Neo Home Loans branded cookies I received. They were yum.
