Ken and his staff did a great job in helping to get this duplex closed in Oxford. It was a tough one to pull comps but they didn't give up on it. Much appreciated.
The servie and communication was exceptional. They made the process so smooth and easy. I thought the website was a big part of making the transaction go so fast. It was very user friendly.
Ken was very helpful and available but the communication by others for information and tasks required by me was impersonal and technology driven. This may be time efficient but felt impersonal and somewhat stressful.
