Ken wasn’t pushy and he kept us posted every step of the way. He worked hard to get us the best rate. The mortgage company was very thorough so that when closing day came around there were no issues. He kept a great line of communication open....

I was with another lender and totally dissatified with them.i changed to greentree and ken had the work done in 5 days.he was very efficent asked only for needed paperwork and never got upset if i asked tbe same questions over and over.
