Ken was very informative and took over from another agent that left the company.
Communication is key. At some point the emails dropped about the status of the deal and I felt like I was in the dark. I had to call to get a status report.
I have to say that the Final amount of money we needed to bring to settlement was not given to us until we were 3hours into our trip south from NY and we were told we had to have a cashiers check from our bank. Highly Disappointing.
Compared to my origination experiences of the late 90s/00s - WOW !!!
