More communication it felt like we were not in control . No communication for days that is no way to treat a customer

My loan officer Ken Huff and loan processor Heidi were the best. They always returned my calls and answered any questions or addressed any concerns I had.They both helped to make the process quick and as easy as possible.

Lots of discrepancies on loan disclosures which resulted to multiple delays.
