The fast easy process
The whole process was easy, and Kelsey literally handled everything. She was available for any questions, and made the experience of buying my first home completely perfect.
Kelsey really went out of her way to keep me informed and to make the loan as possible. Every snag we came across she seemed to have a resolution to.
Kelsey is fantastic! I worry about things that don’t matter and she would reassure me. She also did an amazing job working with my bank when things happened that were out of our control.
Better communication between lender/assistant
There were a lot of changes in loan types and things that were not communicated well in the beginning. It was difficult to get straight answers at times.
