It should have been done a lot sooner.

It took almost 4 months to do what should have been 2 months had to send documents over then need different ones every week should have known in the first week what you needed
Kelly Wallace is very knowledgeable, and he was very patient in explaining how the reverse mortgage works and then guiding us through each step in the process.

Kelly always kept me up to date with the loan process. I was able to call Kelly when I wasn’t able to make contact with other departments of AAG.
Several problems starting with having credit cards rejected and later documents that had to be redone- none of these were caused by Kelly but did cause consternation to me.
