Communication was kind of tough
Hard to get ahold of anyone or get a response
Kelly is absolutely the coolest loan originator in the Southern Tier!
kelly explained things very well and broke everything down so we where able to understand everything as first time home owners
Process was fairly easy, some areas were a bit more tedious than others but overall a good experience.
