Kelly was very responsive during the process and any questions we had. She was outstanding at working with us to clarify the needs of and supply the necessary information to the underwriters. We would have been lost without her.

Amy, the person we were working with, kept insisting we supply a government document that does not exist. Before the closing, there were documents we needed to sign immediately (not next day), but no one told us that. Poor communication.
