The amount of time it took to close was unacceptable. Every day, we would have new requirements in the portal for ridiculous things. We were constantly questioned about random charges for things like our cell phone bill or smaller deposits....

Kelly was very helpful. She gave me advice when needed but did not take offense when I decided to go another way. I like how she kept me informed and gave me several loan options. A friend referred me to her and she was the best.
