Kelly is readily available to assist and knowledge. She is eager to help to get our loans approved and to the closing table.
I assume this is the file with $25k going towards debt payoff bringing the individual back to only having two monthly payments.
She got the file moving as needed as it was a purchase loan and closing was delayed.
