Process was simply easy and fast
Kelly was awesome to work with on both of my loans. Would definitely send anyone looking for a mortgage her way! Very knowledgeable about all aspects of mortgage loans.

There was just a lot of miscommunication and back and forth information that was being passed incorrectly or not at all. We worked with them for almost 3 months and my husbands name wasn’t even correct in several emails. We had to repeatedly...

Being organized with documents received, not asking for the same thing multiple times. Giving correct numbers when closing. Not waiting until the last minute to review documents and ask for corrections needed same day.
