were a lot of mistakes made on this loan, which I won't go into all that I don't know who's fault it was, whether it was the Loan Officer, whether it was the underwriter or whether it was processing

I can promise there were no mistakes made. Unfortunately this loan depended on a 3rd party verification that we had no control over. There was a slight delay in closing but we still got the client closed.

Kellie was fantastic! Even while transitioning between companies, she stayed on top of everything and made sure we closed within a month. She answered every question and was always available, even on weekends.
