Keith was the Best. He made sure that I understood all the paperwork and took the out to break it down for me. No time was a bad time to call him. He went above and beyond the scope of the job.
My husband did all the communication so my opinion is limited.
I now live in a house next door to my kids and grandkids and it all went smoothly. I am grateful!

My husband did all of the communication with Keith and his group. What I know is I am living in a nice house and am thankful for Atlantic Bay.
He did a very good job explaining things to me when I had questions. He was always concerned about our needs being met. We really do appreciate all that he did for us. No time was a bad time for Keith.

Very good overall, but there was a mix-up about my tax exemption status that delayed closing by a day, and had an impact on my work schedule. That was really my only complaint.
Keith is the best only ever and only will ever use him!!! Honest and caring!
