I was a nervous, first-time home buyer and Keith was readily available to answer all of my questions, which I had plenty of!
I don't feel the underwriters should have control over what the appraiser's are allowed to put in there report. We were told they were independent appraisers, but then the underwriters dictated what was put in the report.
