Keith may have been fine. It was hard to tell if it was him or someone entering info for him, but my loan got totally messed up and created an extremely stressful transaction. I was physically uncomfortable from all of the stress.
Easy to reach, very clear in his communications regarding what he needed from us and what the next steps were.
