Communication between parties was good.
Hybrid closing was not explained well. Closing instructions (including wiring instructions)were late to be transmitted in my opinion.

Live communication was almost impossible. Many times we tried to reach the staff and no one returns calls and no one picks up the phones. That made it very difficult.
The process went well and smooth.
