Frequency of correspondence and ease of documentation reconciliation.
It was ok because the communication wasn’t great specially at the end of the process. I’m very thankful for Keith and Movement for allowing us to purchase our house. The only thing was the communication.
Keith was always there to guide me professionally and efficiently through the process of purchasing my home.
I would get emails from one person asking for extra info. I'd send it back to their email only to get a message saying they were out of the office. So I'd send Keith the info because I'd have no other email link. ANd I wanted this to be done...
