Keith wasted our time! Sent tons information to him with zero follow up! Kept putting us off saying he’d touch base with us, but he never did follow up.

Poor communication, lack of follow up, unclear and misleading answers. You should look for other options if you have the ability to do so.

Better communication, being clear with the terms, answering questions with the truth, and take the time to talk to your clients. Don't evade the hard conversations.
