Got turned down by Rocket Morgage but Cross Country helped me though a complicated process and when unexpected issues came up delt with it like humans rather than just clinging to the formulas of finance. Got a dream house thanks to them.
I had a challenging situation, my income is high but my debt load was too. Had unexpected hurdles to deal with near the end but the team was amazing and helpful.
