Everything was very easy an took very little time.
KC made this a way smooth and easy process for us. There was no pressure placed on us, but instead a wealth of knowledge which made this process a great experience.
Please see my prior comment. You allowed me to work through the process at my pace with the guidance I needed. I didn't feel rushed, or pressured only supported.
The process was smooth and communication was great during every step of the process.
