Many issues could have been resolved between the agent, title company, and loan office if they communicated. Many times we were asked to give photos of IDs or documents that were already provided.
Maybe I didn't understand the process but there seemed to be a great deal of redundancy.
Kayla made the mortgage process easy. She answered all of my questions by always taking my calls, sometimes multiple times a day! She worked tirelessly, along with her team, to navigate the bumps along the way and get us to the closing table...
