My real estate capabilities are broad ... from fixers to fine homes, gas station to gun range, churches to condos. I work early and late and have a very hands-on management style. I am the first phone on every transaction and answer it when it rings. My market area is comfortably in Ventura County. I am proud to have been awarded the contract to serve as broker for the Public Administrator for the County of Ventura. I hold a BS degree from Cal Poly Pomona and a BA from the Master's College in Newhall. I served as Mayor of my community; named REALTOR of the Year for the Ventura Association of REALTORS in 1996, recipient of the SPIRIT award for 2013 and was selected as the Most Distinguished Alumnus for Cal Poly Pomona, received the Champion of HOmes Award form the California Association of Realtors, and the Good Neighbor Award from the National Assocatiation of Realtors.In my volunteer life, I serve as Lead Chaplain for Ventura County Fire Department and am the volunteer director of homeless services in my community. Having served on many boards including over her years of community service, this also includes president of both the Ventura County Coastal and Ojai Valley Board of REALTORS and Realtor of the Year 1996.
