Easy to contact. Worked hard to get my loan closed as soon as possible. Our house had burned down so the situation was a little complex and Katrinka worked very hard and efficiently to help us get in to the new house as quick as possible.
I was kept well informed throughout the whole process Katrinka and her team were very flexible and we changed directions multiple times they were always on top of it.
Katrinka helped us get a better deal than our original lender. When the underwriting process proved frustrating, Katrinka helped solve problems and even got us ahead of schedule to close early. Great work!
