The loan options and the explanation and the team was on top of things and communicated well. I feel like the process was rediculous to buy a home and kept having issues but this wasn't due to Neo...it was due to other parties. Newo did excellent....

Tough when buying in a rural area where there is one appraiser and we are stuck dealing with their limited availability. You guys navigated the appraiser bumps well and I am so happy for your cute family to settle into your new home.
